Reception hours at the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the citizens submitting petitions:

Daily except Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in 43, Kirov Street, Minsk.

The citizens will be received in a queue-based manner.

The citizens must have identity documents. It is also recommendable to have the answers to previous petitions submitted to other organizations and other documents needed for examination of the petition.

In pursuance of the provisions of Articles 12, 13 of the Law “On Veterans” of the Republic of Belarus, invalids and veterans of the Great Patriotic War shall be given first priority in being received.
