On Joining by the Republic of Belarus the Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region

1. The Republic of Belarus shall agree to a binding force of the Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region dated the 11th of April 1997 by joining this Convention.

The Ministry of Education shall be an authority responsible for the implementation of the above Convention.

2. The Council of Ministers of Belarus shall take measures aimed at implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree shall enter into force upon signature.
