On Declaring Invalid Some Legal Acts and Some Provisions of the Legal Acts of President of the Republic of Belarus

1. The validity of the legal acts and some provisions of the legal acts as per addendum 1 and 2 shall be declared lost.

2. The assets (including the released and obtained funds) enumerated in the legal acts and the provisions of legal acts declared invalid according to addenda 1 and 2 of the present decree shall have targeted use if such a use was a condition for granting tax, dues and customs privileges. In case the assets (including released and obtained funds) have non-targeted use, the taxes, dues and customs payments shall be enforced in accordance with the legislation.

3. This decree shall enter into force from January 1, 2003.
